We stayed here for 4 nights in late May 2018, while we explored Capitol Reef National Park and the surrounding area.  Very easy to access this camping area and the road in is rocky, but no problem at all.  There is no water or dump on site.  We filled up with water and dumped at Fruita Campground in Capitol Reef before we arrived.  It is about 8 miles from this area.  It’s a decent spot to stop at.  Most people only stayed one night and moved on so every day it would clear out in the morning and by late afternoon it would fill up again.  There are kind of designated spots with fire pits, but people really seem to stop about anywhere and setup.  We didn’t venture too far and was pretty close to Hwy 24, but we didn’t feel the road noise was bad at all.  Even though we had campers all around us, everything was quiet and we had no issues.  We were able to find a spot and back it in to a point where we did not even have to level.  Most of the other spots seemed fairly level. We mostly saw small travel trailers and pop-ups, but there were a few large Class A models so just about any size rig would work for most spots.  There was zero cell service near Capitol Reef, so it was a great surprise that we hit decent service right at this camping area.  We were getting 3-4 bars LTE AT&T.  We tried the Verizon hotspot but it complained about roaming and extra charges, so we did not use it.  The town of Torrey just a few miles away had gas, a small grocery store and some restaurants.  The grocery store had the basics only so make sure you are fully stocked up before you come.  Overall, it was a good place to stay for a bit and we could camp here again.
